The Sanyukt Internship Team (SIT) is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing all internship-related activities within Sanyukt Organisation. SIT ensures that interns receive a meaningful, structured, and growth-oriented experience while contributing to the organisation's mission.

SIT consists of 3-9 members in the following positions:

  • Director
  • Joint Director
  • Head of Operations
  • HR Manager
  • Assistant Manager
  • HR Coordinator
  • Team Leader
  • Design and manage the internship programme structure and curriculum.
  • Recruit, onboard, and orient new interns.
  • Assign tasks, projects, and responsibilities to interns based on their skills and interests.
  • Monitor intern performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and skill-building activities.
  • Maintain records of intern attendance, progress, and contributions.
  • Handle intern grievances and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Coordinate with other teams for cross-functional projects.
  • Prepare and issue internship completion certificates.
  • Report to the Governing Body on internship programme outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and ethical standards.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions for intern recruitment.
  • Continuously improve the internship programme based on feedback and evaluation.
  • SIT members serve a term of 6 months to 1 year, depending on the role and organisational needs.
  • Members may be re-appointed for additional terms based on performance evaluation and organisational requirements.
  • The Governing Body reserves the right to modify term durations under special circumstances.
  • All SIT appointments are made by the Governing Body or a designated Selection Committee.
  • Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set for the specific role.
  • Selection is based on merit, experience, and alignment with Sanyukt's values.
  • SIT members must adhere to the organisation's code of conduct at all times.
  • Any misconduct or violation of policies may result in immediate removal from the team.
  • SIT members are expected to maintain confidentiality of organisational and intern data.
  • Regular performance reviews will be conducted by the Director or Governing Body.
  • SIT members must actively participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making.
  • Resignation requires a minimum notice period of 15 days with proper handover of responsibilities.

Director

  • Lead the overall internship programme and SIT operations.
  • Set goals, strategies, and benchmarks for the internship programme.
  • Represent SIT in Governing Body meetings and organisational discussions.
  • Make final decisions on intern selection, placement, and performance evaluation.

Joint Director

  • Assist the Director in all operational and strategic tasks.
  • Assume the Director's responsibilities in their absence.
  • Oversee specific departments or functions within SIT.

Head of Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the internship programme.
  • Coordinate between different teams and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.

HR Manager

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new interns.
  • Manage intern records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Handle intern relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Assistant Manager

  • Support the HR Manager and Head of Operations in their duties.
  • Assist in task assignment, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Help maintain communication channels with interns.

HR Coordinator

  • Coordinate intern activities, training sessions, and events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for intern queries.
  • Maintain databases and track intern progress.

Team Leader

  • Lead a specific group of interns and guide them in their tasks.
  • Monitor team performance and provide mentorship.
  • Report team progress and challenges to SIT leadership.
