SK Sahil

Founder and Chairman

In 2020, at just 18 years old, Sk. Sahil, then a college student, noticed that many young people around him were spending their time on social media, online gaming, and entertainment without a clear sense of purpose. He believed this untapped energy could be transformed into something meaningful by creating a platform where youth could volunteer, lead, and drive real social change.

Guided by this vision, he founded Sanyukt Organisation, Odisha's first fully youth-led NGO. His goal was not only to encourage young people to participate in social service but also to empower them with leadership and management opportunities, preparing them to become future changemakers and leaders in their communities.
