Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope:

This policy applies to all donations made via:

• Online payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
• Bank transfers
• UPI / QR payments

2. Non-Refundable Donations:

All donations made to Sanyukt Organisation are final and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is immediately allocated towards ongoing programs, campaigns, and operational requirements.

3. Tax Receipts and Acknowledgements:

Sanyukt Organisation will provide an official acknowledgement for every donation received. This receipt will include all necessary details required for claiming applicable tax benefits as per the laws of India.

4. Accidental Donations:

Sanyukt Organisation recognizes that unintentional errors may occur during the donation process, such as entering an incorrect amount or making duplicate payments. While we understand such situations, donations once made are non-refundable. Donors are therefore requested to carefully review all details before completing the transaction.

5. Cancellation Policy:

• Donations cannot be cancelled once processed.
• Donors are advised to verify the amount and details before completing the transaction.

6. Exceptional Cases (Limited Review):

In rare situations, Sanyukt Organisation may review requests such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical/payment gateway errors
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Any such request must be raised within 3–5 working days of the transaction with valid proof.

Note: Approval of refund in such cases is solely at the discretion of the organization.

7. Designated / Project-Based Donations:

• Donations made for a specific project will be used for that purpose.
• If the project is completed, discontinued, or not feasible, funds may be redirected to similar initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

8. Donation Receipts & Tax Benefits:

• Official receipts will be issued for all donations.
• Tax exemption benefits (if applicable) will be provided as per Indian laws.

9. Payment Gateway Charges:

In case of any approved refund:

• Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.

10. Fraud Prevention & Right to Refuse:

Sanyukt Organisation reserves the right to:

• Reject or refund donations that appear suspicious
• Take action in case of fraudulent or illegal transactions

11. Privacy & Data Protection:

• Donor information is kept confidential and secure
• Data is used only for legal, financial, and communication purposes
