The Sanyukt Digital Team is responsible for managing and enhancing the digital presence of Sanyukt Organisation. This team handles all aspects of digital communication, content creation, branding, and technical operations to ensure the organisation's message reaches a wide audience effectively.

The Digital Team consists of members in the following positions:

  • Social Media Manager
  • Website Developer
  • Technical Support Executive
  • Create and manage all digital content including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Maintain and update the Sanyukt Organisation website regularly.
  • Design visual content (graphics, banners, posters) for campaigns and events.
  • Produce and edit video content for promotional and educational purposes.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase outreach.
  • Monitor analytics and report on digital engagement metrics.
  • Provide technical support for organisational tools and platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support their digital needs and campaigns.

Appointment Process

  1. Application: Interested candidates apply through the official Sanyukt portal with their portfolio and relevant details.
  2. Portfolio Review: Applications are reviewed based on the quality of past work, skills, and experience.
  3. Task/Test: Shortlisted candidates may be given a practical task or test relevant to their applied role.
  4. Interview: Candidates undergo an interview to assess their fit, creativity, and commitment.
  5. Selection: The Director and Governing Body make the final selection based on overall evaluation.
  6. Onboarding: Selected members are onboarded with a briefing on tools, processes, and expectations.

General Rules

  • All appointments are approved by the Governing Body or designated authority.
  • Members must adhere to the organisation's code of conduct and digital policies.
  • Violation of content guidelines or brand standards may result in removal.
  • All digital assets created during the tenure are the intellectual property of Sanyukt Organisation.

Tenure

Digital Team members serve a term of 6 months to 1 year, renewable based on performance and organisational needs.

Content Writer

  • Write engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and newsletters.
  • Develop copy for campaigns, events, and organisational announcements.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Sanyukt's tone, voice, and brand guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit content before publication.

Graphic Designer

  • Design social media graphics, event posters, banners, and infographics.
  • Create visual assets for campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all visual outputs.
  • Collaborate with content writers and social media managers on creative concepts.

Video Editor

  • Edit and produce videos for social media, YouTube, and events.
  • Create reels, shorts, and promotional videos.
  • Add graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance video quality.
  • Manage video assets and maintain an organized media library.

Social Media Manager

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.
  • Track social media metrics and provide performance reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.

Website Developer

  • Develop, maintain, and update the Sanyukt Organisation website.
  • Ensure the website is responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
  • Implement new features and pages as required.
  • Fix bugs and resolve technical issues promptly.

Technical Support Executive

  • Provide technical assistance to team members and interns.
  • Manage organisational tools, platforms, and accounts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth digital operations.
  • Support the website developer in maintaining the web infrastructure.
  • Skill Enhancement: Sharpen your digital, creative, and technical skills through real-world projects.
  • Portfolio Building: Add impactful, published work to your professional portfolio.
  • Official Recognition: Receive a certificate of service and letter of recommendation.
  • Website Feature: Your profile will be showcased on the Sanyukt Organisation website.
