With over two years of corporate experience, Reshma brings strong expertise in human resources, team management, talent development, and organisational operations. Her professional knowledge and commitment have played an important role in strengthening the Sanyukt Internship Program and supporting the growth of young professionals.

As the Joint Director, Reshma will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sanyukt Internship Program, support strategic planning, strengthen team coordination, and contribute to the continued development of the programme. While organisational policies and major strategic decisions remain under the guidance of the Governing Board, she will play a key role in ensuring the programme continues to grow with excellence and professionalism.
